A family friend that is an electrician arrived midway through Daniels’s inspection and informed me that Daniel was indeed very good and experienced, as he would have proceeded the same way as Daniel. Additionally, all local electricians said they could not schedule me for a week, ipon learning of mu emergent situation, Daniel arrived as promised. My situation was due to a fire. Tte Job have gone well as far as I know. The Job is not Completed. It has to be Inspected two Times. My Problem is when I spoke with Luis, I asked Him ( How do U want to be Paid) His words to me was ( This is a little Job so U can Pay when we Finish). I’m okThe Job is a long way from being Completed. It has to be Inspected, and everything installed and then a second Inspection has to be done before the Job is completed. Luis never mentioned anything about collecting 80% of the Money at any time to me as the Guy asked for Today. I wii Pay as I Agreed to. When the Job is completed and the final inspection is done. I expect for ur Company to Honor what I was told and wait until the Job is Completed to be Paid. I was asked if U had to connect the Range. Tha Contractor told me that it has to be done by U. Daniel has done a phenomenal job identifying an issue with our furnace power outage and fixing it, along with optimizing our electrical panel in the process. HVAC installation team who installed furnace/AC 2 years ago had left a bad wiring. We are glad that it was not a furnace that was malfunctioning at the end. This is a second time we were using All Electric team (previously they installed our EV charging station) and they exceeded our expectations again. I contacted All Electric for an estimate for a large project at my home in Boulder. Definitely a great decision! From the first call through to the the end of the project, they exceeded all of my expectations. They were all punctual, professional, courteous, and did great work, constantly asking if I had any questions/concerns or needed anything else done. The best customer service I have experienced in a long long time, just like the good ole days. An ice/wet snow event took down my riser mast and busted my meter and they clamped it to house to make sure safe until could schedule the job. I could not recommend All Electric more. Every single person whom I interacted with and worked on our home (Daniel, Lee, Uvaldo and Sergio) was excellent, professional and respectful. These guys know what they are doing, and they were able to troubleshoot and identify problems quickly (and in fact were able to solve some mistakes made by other electricians). They show up when they say they are going to. They are very smart and really know their craft, and they were very respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves.
